If an incorrect product is shipped a refund or exchange will be issued. Store credit may be offered for the return of unopened product. Any other return will be at the sole discretion of Ceretropic.
If you need to return an item simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We only accept returns for unopened items. We'll notify you via e-mail of your status once we've received and processed the returned item.
Partial Refunds Policy
Please be aware that Ceretropic cannot issue partial refunds and we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy. With this in mind, we kindly ask that you ensure your order contains every single item that you would like to purchase prior to placing an order.
We can ship all products anywhere in the United States. Most products can now be shipped internationally as well. Due to customs issues, certain products cannot be shipped to certain countries around the world. If you do choose to pay for international shipping, we do not guarantee our products will pass your country's customs. Please look into your country's laws and regulations before purchasing.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Our Priority shipping automatically switches to 3 day shipping for some areas of the United States. This includes places like Hawaii and small towns that require extra shipping times. USPS does NOT guarantee delivery in the specified time. If you are needing your order in a specific time frame, the UPS option will be more reliable. Keep in mind that UPS does not deliver on Saturday by default.
Priority International shipping with USPS does not guarantee a delivery date or time due to potential customs delays. USPS Priority International is the only way to ensure that USPS actually tracks the package as opposed to USPS First Class International which rarely get tracked.
Shipping with UPS
United Parcel Service (UPS) is now available on the site. Please be aware this is a private delivery service. They do not deliver on Saturdays like the United States Postal Service and do not place items in USPS mailboxes. While they may be more reliable than USPS in some areas, that is not guaranteed.
Standard Worldwide Mail / UPS Mail Innovations
UPS Mail Innovations is an economical shipping service option offered to our international customers. When a package is shipped via UPS Mail Innovations, it is sent from the Ceretropic warehouse located in Arizona, USA to a main UPS shipping hub located in California, USA. You will receive a shipping confirmation that contains a UPS tracking number via e-mail that will allow you to track the status of your shipment up to the point that it is received by this main UPS shipping hub. This main UPS shipping hub then forwards the package to your local postal system for final delivery to the ship-to address provided on your order. Once the package has been forwarded to your country’s local postal system, a second tracking number is auto-generated and forwarded to Ceretropic. Our receipt of this second tracking number may take up to 1-2 weeks from the point that your package is shipped from the main UPS shipping hub located in California, USA. Once it is available, you may request this second tracking number by e-mailing email@example.com. Please note that total delivery time for your order may vary depending on your country’s customs, local postal system and ship-to location.
Shipping "With Insurance"
By selecting the "With Insurance" option, we will cover your goods and the re-shipment thereof if they do not arrive or are damaged during shipping. This does not cover delays in shipping due to carriers, customs, etc., nor will it cover if items are seized by customs.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate local pick-up requests. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Orders placed with a USPS shipping services will not be shipped or delivered on USPS postal holidays. However, you may receive a shipping status e-mail update that includes a tracking number. Your tracking number will not update until the following business day. Orders shipped via UPS or DHL will be processed as normal (except where noted below in the UPS and DHL holiday shipping schedule). USPS postal holidays are defined as follows:
