Customer Support Response Times

Our customer support team typically responds within 24 business hours during our normal hours of business operation (Monday - Saturday, 9am-5pm AZ MST) excluding each Sunday and all observed/floating holidays (see below for further details). Depending on the volume of messages received, there may be an additional delay in response time. Please note that e-mail messages are responded to in the order that they are received. We kindly request that you do not submit multiple customer support requests. Please know that our customer support team will be in touch as soon as possible. Observed Holiday Schedule

Please note that customer support messages are not read or responded to on the following observed holidays. All messages submitted on an observed holiday will be responded to the following business day.*

*A floating holiday may occur if one or more of the above observed holidays happens to fall on a previously-scheduled business day closure (such as a Sunday). Floating holidays are typically scheduled, but not guaranteed to be, the following business day. In such an instance, customer support messages will be responded to on the proceeding business day after the floating holiday has occured. For example, if Christmas (December 25th) falls on a Sunday, a floating holiday may be observed the following business day (December 26th). In this situation, all customer support messages received on December 25th and December 26th would not be read or responded to until December 27th during our normal hours of business operation (Monday - Saturday, 9am-5pm AZ MST).
